The price of gas is different at every gas station in your city. Find the station with the lowest price and save between 5-15 cents per liter (20-60 cents per gallon).
To find the cheapest gas in your city, use the great website GasBuddy.com. GasBuddy.com has frequently updated gas station and price lists for just about every city in the U.S. and Canada.
Pick the station that has the best price, but keep in mind that if you have to drive too far out of your way, you may waste so much gas getting there that it won't be worth it!
Use Google Maps or Yahoo! Maps to find a map to the gas station that you've chosen, and if possible, try to combine your gas fill-up with another trip such as errands on the commute to work. Also, it wouldn't hurt to phone the gas station to confirm the price before you left.
